Accessibility statement

We are committed to making our digital platforms accessible so that all users, regardless of physical or technical requirements, can use our digital platforms without restriction.

Our digital platforms are based on the requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the European standard EN 301 549 in conjunction with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformity level AA.

In recent years, we have implemented extensive technical and design measures to continuously improve accessibility. Most of the content is already accessible. Some areas are currently still being revised and improved.

Parts that are not fully accessible

The following content or functions are not yet fully accessible:

We are continuously working to remove these barriers as quickly as possible.

Non-accessible content outside our area of responsibility

Our digital platforms also offer content that is created and provided independently by our customers (e.g. companies as part of occupational health management or clinics as part of prevention and aftercare services). We have no editorial influence over this content. We can therefore accept no responsibility for their accessibility.

Feedback and contact

If you notice any barriers on our digital platforms or need certain content in a more accessible form, please contact us:

Contact point for accessibility:

barrierefreiheit@profession-fit.de

To make it easier for us to process your request and work on a targeted solution, please indicate on which page or in which module the barrier occurred and during which activity (e.g. navigation, use of a function) you noticed it.

Please note that we take your request seriously and would like to give you well-founded feedback. For this reason, it is possible in individual cases that we may first have to subject your query to intensive testing in order to be able to give you satisfactory feedback. It is therefore possible in exceptional cases that our response may take a few days.

Conciliation procedure

If you have not received a satisfactory response to your feedback on accessibility, you can contact the arbitration board in accordance with Section 16 BFSG:
